Please contact me via email or text to confirm dropping off an item. I am located in north Oklahoma City right around the intersection of  N. Penn &  NW 63rd. Very easy to locate.
You will then be given my address and phone number to communicate via TEXT concerning your order. If you need to chat, please let me know and I can call you to discuss.

Drop-Off FAQs...
PLEASE READ THIS INFO BEFORE DROPPING OFF AN ITEM
How do I "drop-off"?
Have your items in some sort of a sack or box (grocery sacks, shopping bag, whatever works!) CLEARLY labeled with your name and phone number IN OR ON the sack of items.  Include all embroidery info in or on this sack. If you are unsure or want my opinion that is totally great! Just put that somewhere so I know. 
Info to include:
  • Your Name and Contact info
  • Full Name or Initials for monogram with the name order CLEARLY indicated (include as much info as you can to eliminate any confusion)
  • Placement of Monogram (center, left chest, corner etc...)
  • Size of Embroidery (2", "about 5", "as large as possible", etc)
  • Font & Color(s) choices Colors & Fonts
  • Embellishment Choice if any (flowers, dots, anchor, etc)
  • Finish Date (please confirm this with me before drop-off)

Sometimes you just don't want to make these choices or you just aren't sure!  Let me know to choose what looks best and I will use my judgement and experience to make your item look fabulous :-)

How long does it take?
Typical drop-off turnaround time is anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on current workload and time of year.  Specific time windows are available upon request. I can often accommodate a specific time window if arrangements are made ahead of your drop-off. Christmas cutoff will be announced via social media. 
How much is it?
Prices vary depending on the size/style/color(s) of your request. A detailed price sheet is available upon request. 
I don't see the font I had in mind, do you have it?
Additional fonts/designs and colors are available upon request.  I have a HUGE library of designs and fonts and an entire wall full of thread - You are welcome to send a pic so that I can match.  Additional charges may apply. 
What is the largest size you can embroider?
Currently, my largest hoop size is 12" x 8".  Meaning a 3 letter design can be up to 8x12 and a single letter can be up to 12" tall. This is large enough and looks great on most euro size pillows and or any throw pillows or blankets.  If you are requiring something larger I am unable to accommodate at this time.
Pickup Time!!
Once completed you will receive a text that they are ready with the total charge for your order.  They will be put back out on my porch (in or around the turquoise pot) You may pickup at your convenience any time of day. Please try and grab your items and pay within 48 hours of them being ready.  If you are traveling or unable to pickup, let me know and I'll hold them until further notice. Your items will be out unless otherwise notified.  I pull them in only when it POURS rain/snow or if we are entertaining.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made after your item is finished. 
Venmo (preferred) Cash, Check (made out to Laney Patterson) or Paypal 
I am able to invoice for orders over $150 that can be paid by any major credit card.
Additional Info...
In the unlikely event that your item gets ruined and cannot be fixed, items will be replaced by me to a value up to $70. This is extremely unlikely.  However, I do use a machine and I am a human so the risk is there.  Please be aware of this when bringing something irreplaceable or something of great value. 
 
I try to make this process as simple and seamless as possible. It has worked wonderfully since I began this monogramming journey in 2013.  Items are completed in the order that they are received.  You will be contacted via text when I am working on your item if I have any questions or concerns.
