Shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all items. Local pick up available, scroll down for more info.
⭐ Items ordered on laneyroseletters.com are made extra special with personalization ~~ please allow 10-14 business days (unless a vacation mode message is on the home page - don't worry, you can't miss it!!) for your monogrammed item to be ready to ship to you, unless you have confirmed with me that your order can be ready sooner.
⭐ Some orders do ship before this window. If your order is 5 or more pieces more time may be required and you will be contacted.
⭐ Depending on size, the items come to you (or your lucky friend) within a bubble mailer or box + either wrapped in tissue or wrapped in cello /// always neat + pretty.
⭐ All items ship using usps first class mail service which gives a 2-5 day shipping window. International orders may take up to 30 days although they are usually delivered in 14 days.
⭐ You will be emailed your tracking information upon shipment of your order. Unfortunately lost and or stolen packages cannot be replaced, so please track your packages to know when to expect them. Most packages are small and do fit in mail-drops and boxes.
Of course this is not required if you are local, just an option if you want your order faster or want to save on shipping.
⭐ Choose "Pick up order" at checkout.
⭐ You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready with my address and pick up instructions (processing time is still 10-14 business days unless you have confirmed with us that the time frame can be less).
⭐ It will be out on my porch labeled and ready for pickup. I am within the 73116 area code off of north pennsylvania avenue so please ensure that this is convenient for you.
⭐ If you are unable to pick up your order (which I totally get because we're all so busy!!!) I am happy to ship it to you for an additional $6 which can be paid through paypal or venmo - just let me know!
