Please take extra special care when ordering that the order or the initials for your monograms is entered as they are to appear. Meaning first initial, last initial, middle initial. Please ensure that names are spelled correctly + indicated if lower case or upper case is preferred. If an error is made when you enter your order please follow up with an email including correction details. If it is too late and the order has been completed we cannot issue a refund.
Thread colors may appear differently on screen than in person. I cannot refund items based on the color not being as expected. If there are any questions about colors please contact us by email.
Letter combination appearance can vary from font to font. I cannot exchange or refund you because you do not like the appearance of your chosen font. However, if you are uncertain we would be happy to send you an email with a sample of what your letters will look like before stitching takes place. Please email us
